Unable to install Docker Desktop on Windows 10 Home (version 20h2)

I’m trying to install Docker Desktop (the latest version 3.0.0) on Windows 10 Home Version 20H2.
The installation seems to go fine, but at the end, when I have to restart the PC to complete the installation, the PC fails to restart anymore and I have to restart it in safe mode and uninstall Docker Desktop to make it work again.
Can you provide me with a solution?

Hi, do you found a solution for this, I have the exact same problem, running Windows 10 Home Version 20H2 on a ASUS laptop, while trying to isntall Docker Desltop 3.1. The installation finish as expected and ask to restart the PC, but then the PC just goes to a black screen and doesn’t restart.
Any hints will be much appreciated it.
