Unable to start Kestrel. VPS Hostinger

I created a VPS on Hostinger and I’m experiencing this problem that the Kestrel server of a .NET application is not going up, has anyone experienced this?

Microsoft.AspNetCore.Server.Kestrel[0]
Unable to start Kestrel.
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (13): Permission denied

I’ve tried a few things but with no result, it’s worth remembering that mysql database and phpmyadmin are running with nginx reverse proxy

Please share the content of your compose file or the exact commands you used to start the container. If you use a self build image, please also include the content of your Dockerfile.
