Uninstalling - found windowsfilter folder has symlinks to user folders and apps

For some reason the files in the windowsfilter folder are linked to the Documents and Settings\Admin… folder and all other users. Removing the file will also remove unrelated files and cause an OS issue.
Anyone else seen this?

If you want to clear out that folder, use https://github.com/jhowardmsft/docker-ci-zap. And to any concern about the symlinks, see here which discusses the tool: https://github.com/moby/moby/issues/26873#issuecomment-264350017
