Unwanted inet in docker interfaces

There was docker swarm installed on my Ubuntu 18.04 VM. And a stack was on it with some services. After I added a new nic with (IP:10.211.108.6) to /etc/netplan/*.yaml and applied it, all the interfaces got additional inet lines. After that I lost the availability of the services. I need to remove those inet lines from the docker interfaces. So I hope I cann reach those services again. What do you suggest?

Example:
Before netplan apply

lxdbr0: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST>  mtu 1500
        inet 10.79.227.1  netmask 255.255.255.0  broadcast 0.0.0.0
        inet6 fe80::216:3eff:febd:7f2d  prefixlen 64  scopeid 0x20<link>
        ether 00:16:3e:bd:7f:2d  txqueuelen 1000  (Ethernet)
        RX packets 2355397  bytes 373860862 (373.8 MB)
        RX errors 0  dropped 0  overruns 0  frame 0
        TX packets 939535  bytes 268749305 (268.7 MB)
        TX errors 0  dropped 0 overruns 0  carrier 0  collisions 0

lxdbr0-mtu: flags=195<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,NOARP>  mtu 1500

        inet6 fe80::c92:68ff:fe97:cd9  prefixlen 64  scopeid 0x20<link>
        ether 0e:92:68:97:0c:d9  txqueuelen 1000  (Ethernet)
        RX packets 0  bytes 0 (0.0 B)
        RX errors 0  dropped 0  overruns 0  frame 0
        TX packets 7273  bytes 509846 (509.8 KB)
        TX errors 0  dropped 0 overruns 0  carrier 0  collisions 0

After netplan apply
