The upgrade failed. I tried to install twice and both upgrades failed I took screenshots on the second failure.
My O/S is Windows 10 Pro and is up to date with all patches. I have the newest version of Visual Studio Community Edition and my SQL Server Developers Edition is up to date. I don’t use Azure services
On upgrade the install program removed the old version of Docker For Windows. So I don’t have Dockers any more.
