What's plan for the next release of Docker, Docker-Machine, SWARM and COMPOSE?

I am aware that the latest Docker-Machine 0.2.0. However, some issues are not in that version , like Docker Machine get stuck on IBM Softlayer · Issue #915 · docker/machine · GitHub.

So I am wondering if there is a plan of Docker Machine 0.3.0 or later so that I am able to have the fix.
