Why can't i create a repository

after signing up and in, and click “create a repository”, no creation guild.

it was told that, “There are no repositories in this namespace.”

and the web site says,
0 OF 1 FREE PRIVATE REPOSITORY IN USE
1 private repository available

but, how can i create my repository??

I had the same problem. On the repository page, after a ctrl+shift+R, click on the user name from the top left button. It should re-appear…
