Unfortunately for me I did not check the status of my Docker containers before I upgraded to Win10 2004 and switched over to WSL2 with Docker – but I do know that my containers are gone. I’m hoping that maybe they’re still out there somewhere on my HD but I don’t know where to look. DIR *.VHDX /S produces several hit, the most interesting being “c:\windows.old\users\all users\dockerdesktop\vm-data\dockerdesktop.vhdx”. Might that be my missing containers? If so, how should I recover them?
