When I run the command
docker-compose run app sh -c “django-admin.py startproject app .”
Below is the error message I am getting
ERROR: Cannot create container for service app: status code not OK but 500: {“Message”:“Unhandled exception: The notification platform is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x803E0105)”}
Did you ever resolve this? I’m seeing the same error. I tried rebooting, resetting Docker, reinstalling Docker, and other containers. No resolution.

Hi, Here is the resolution:
Open docker desktop -> go to resources -> go to filesharing and select local drives that you want to be visible for containers.
Click Apply & Restart
