Am having issues loading Docker Desktop and it's showing me error and when it's about to load it's suddenly says Docker engine stop and have enabled Virtual Virtual Machine Platform on my machine, have also ran the "wsl.exe --install --no- distribution"

Am having issues loading Docker Desktop and it’s showing me error and when it’s about to load it’s suddenly says Docker engine stop and have enabled Virtual Virtual Machine Platform on my machine, have also ran the “wsl.exe --install --no- distribution”. Yet am getting error the written “Unexpected WSL error”
How do I solve this please help.
