Starting docker desktop

Hello, I’m new to docker here and I want to learn docker.
I have a problem, I already install the docker desktop for windows (I’m currently on Win10 Pro) and try to run it with WSL2 which I already install also (Idk if it’s activated yet or not). The problem is when I try to open docker desktop it always says docker engine stopped, and I look the error that popup and it says like this

I already make sure the option in my bios is already enabled, hyper-v and virtual machine platform also enabled, but when I try to run the command that was mentioned there it says I need to turn that options on. Is there something that I missed? Any help will do.
Thank you
