Automatically start docker when you log in. FAIL

Expected behavior

Docker starts when log in.

Actual behavior

It doesn’t start. If you start manually everything is OK.

Information

OSX El Capitan 10.11.4
OS X: version 10.11.4 (build: 15E65)
Docker.app: version v1.10.3-beta5

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Whenever you do log in docker doesn’t start although you have configured to start on log in.

Same issue with OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 and Docker for Mac (Version 1.11.1-beta13.1 (build: 8193) e9f58bbe60f0debccc097b7d27cad200556ec6f5)
