Beta 12 on Mac engine doesn't respond

The whale icon isn’t moving, I’ve tried the Factory Reset a couple times and no luck:

Sorry I can’t help you with your problem, but your question helped me answer mine.

So playing around I finally found the issue. I had to disable ESET NOD32, then do a factory reset, then it started working. I did delete my old "default’ virtualbox too, but I don’t think that had anything to do with it. I also double-check any DO* env variables and there was none, so it must have been eset.
