Billing problem

Our account was charged over $10,000 on my corporate card. First this is much higher than a regular charge. Second, Company policy prohibits corporate card charges over $10,000. I need to work with Docker on determining what this charge was for and then paying them via check or ACH but I cannot find a customer service or business service contact to address the issue.
