Boot2Docker on a virtual machine

hi,

is it possible to run boot2docker on a virtual machine? (a vm on a vm, wtf? yeah…)

more details:
We have a few VMware with Microsoft Windows Server( 2008 R2 Standard) and we want to run boot2docker on them.
