Can i use WSL2 if i wanna restore backup which i have used in VT and vice versa?

Hello all. Need help.
I use WSL2 now… But i am not sure if it’s the best choice for me. Can i restore my backup which i mada in WSL2 and use it in VT mode and vice versa?

I am afraid this needs way more context. From what did you make a backup?
Furthermore, can you help us to understand how this is related to docker?

Sorry.
I use docker on Windows Pro.
Now i use WSL2 but Maybe in the near future I will decide to switch to VT
I want to understand if I can restore the backups of the containers that are currently installed if I change wsl2 to VT
