I am looking for someone to help me setup Handbrake Dockers on my synology NAS DSM.

See Attached photoMe too, as I don’t know what the question is. You provided no information regarding what HandbBake is, although I know a popular sotware called HandBrake, but you shared only a picture about parameters ans nothing about where that is, and what help you expect.
You could also find complete tutorials on Google about installing HandBrake in a Docker container on Synology NAS, so please share what your problem is.
Sidenote: I pointed out so many times, I should probably stop doing it since it is almost an advertisement, but Dockers is a garment company, so your nickname advertises that too.You run containers, not Dockers. You use the “docker” command but not to create another docker, similarly to how the coffee machine doesn’t create new coffee machines 
Basically what I am trying to do is to use handbrake on my Synology Nas to convert video files. From TS Video file format to MP4.
This is a generic Docker forum, questions regarding Synology NAS with a very special Docker GUI (which no regular Docker user knows) are probably better answered in a dedicated Synology forum.
I am also sure this has been done before, did you search the Internet for “synology handbrake docker” for a tutorial page or video?
