i am using a mini ubuntu on my windows10 each time i try a pull command i get this error feedback. please any help?

Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?

OMG. Google is your friend ! (and other search engines).

This is such a common question there is no way you wouldn’t find all the reasons why that can happen and the options for fixing it.

So don’t be lazy, commit some of your own time in understanding what’s going on rather than expecting someone else to spoon-feed you !
