Cannot connect to the Docker daemon problem

hello!
i installed docker from this link
but i always had this message :
Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?
for example after docker ps i find this message!
Any help please!!!

I guess you missed the post installation steps which you can read about in the “I got is the docker daemon running, but I followed the official installation guide” section, but if this is not the case, read the whole tutorial.
