Cant see public repos anywhere

So im trying to create a simple repo test.

I just create an account like this.

  1. Create hub account
  2. verify the email
  3. create a new PUBLIC repo

But i just can see the repo

The repository was empty, that is why it couldn’t be pulled or searched.
