Creating a Windows 10 Container that runs an .exe file

Looking to build a Docker container in windows 10 that executes a .exe file when run.
No idea how to even start this.
If the filename is runme.exe, how do I build a container to do this, and upload all supporting files?

Over 2 months ago I posted this and still no answers… Have I touched on a TOP SECRET topic? Is there no solution? All I’m looking for is to be pointed in some direction to get started with this. Is it impossible? I’m not understanding the problem! Any help would be appreciated!
