Docker Beta Update Dialog Window Always on Top

Expected behavior

Update Dialog is a normal window and can be hidden by other windows.

Actual behavior

The Update Dialog Window remains in front of other windows, interrupting me from doing other work while the update is downloading/processing.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Update the version of Docker. Try to switch to other windows and see the Update Dialog always on top of your other windows.
