Docker-cli hangs after computer reboot

Expected behavior

That docker would load!

Actual behavior

Docker beta app shows docker starting spinner forever

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. I resized docker memory from 2GB to 8GB. It hung for a very long time.
  2. Rebooted host machine
  3. Opened docker beta application
