Docker deaemon not starting after

Expected behavior

Docker daemon should start normally

Actual behavior

Docker daemon fails to start

Information

I had to abort a docker-compose as I realised I was still connected to the proxy network and wasn’t on an open internet connection. Hit Ctrl-C and waited and eventually process stopped. However, now when trying to restart the docker daemon it won’t restart.
