Docker Desktop Doesn't Start

I have a M1 MBP 13" which I’ve uninstalled / reinstalled the Apple Silicon version of Docker Desktop from the official site. It installs fine but when I launch the utility, it hangs. Docker Desktop never has a green “running” status icon. It’s always yellow “starting” state.

I tried checking if my OS X firewall or security preferences are blocking it from starting but I don’t see anything that would stop this from working. It worked in the past and now stopped working recently. Using version 3.3.3 (64133) & engine version 20.10.6.

I don’t know how to check the logs on Docker Desktop for OS X on Big Sur 11.3. Appreciate any help
