@divyarane94 : Your issue description is little rare.

  • Is your Windows Hyper V working? Your Hyper-V Manager will then show you the Docker - VM. This should be running before installing Docker Desktop.
  • And as usual: deinstall Docker Desktop and reinstall the latest release.
  • Last thing: do you work with Ubuntu - Console?
