Docker desktop not able to start in windows 10 Pro

Hi, I installed Docker Desktop in windows pro 10. However, when I try to start the desktop, it fails with the following error

Current operation failed because windows policy “Deny write access to fixed drives not protected by Bitlocker” is enabled. Please disable it and try the operation.

I cannot disable it due to my Enterprise policy.

Looking for some help to resolve this issue or for any workaround?

You shall contact with the adminstrator and disable bitlocker
