Windows 11 (KB5013628, KB5013943) update install. docker desktop failed to start, installer also failed.error code 0xc0000135
I’m having the same issue.
The recent Windows 11 updates appear to have uninstalled and/or disabled .NET Framework 3.5.
Just re-enable it, reboot your PC, and hopefully it should be working again.
