Does not seem to be a general issue anymore. WSL works again with 4.73.1 and Windows 11.
I got this issue after upgrading to version 4.75.0. Check the “WSL integration” settings. Make sure that the option “Enable integration with my default WSL distro” is checked if you have only one distro, or select the appropriate one. In my humble opinion, I think the upgrade reset the settings, and the option “Enable integration with my default WSL distro” has been unchecked.

Either a system reboot, or stopping Docker Desktop, executing wsl --shutdown, and restarting Docker Desktop helps with the Broken integration. It happens sometimes after updates.
I tried these steps in vain. I had to manually double-check the settings and fix the unchecked option.
