Most probably this due to switching between Linux and windows containers. Try “C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\DockerCli.exe” -SwitchDaemon in cmd or & ‘C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\DockerCli.exe’ -SwitchDaemon in powershell
