Docker: no matching manifest for windows/amd64 10.0.18362 in the manifest list entries

I installed the docker desktop windows version. I tried running the ‘quick start guide’ after that, and in the first step of this guide produces the below error:

docker: no matching manifest for windows/amd64 10.0.18362 in the manifest list entries.

I tried searching in the forum and do not know what this error relates to and how to resolve it. Would appreciate your help.

Remind me what the first step was, please. Are you sure you used the command and the name of the image correctly?
