Docker push not working in 1.8.1 - Not logged in

i am issuing the following command from the tutorial and getting this error.
Note: i am using windows machine

$ docker push vish_docker/docker-whale:latest

The push refers to a repository [docker.io/vish_docker/docker-whale]

same error using this command without a tag

docker push vish_docker/docker-whale

Also getting same error:-
docker push danand/ubuntu:0.3

Thanks, that solved it. I can not use push in Docker.
