How do I reactivate an accidentally deleted account

Hi,

I created a user account that I then deleted because I wanted an organization. I didn’t realize that I could convert a user account to an organization. Now that organization name/account is locked. I created another user account and attempted to create the organization via this new login, but that doesn’t work either. Its been 3 days since this has happened and there’s still no response from support. Can anybody please help?

The email address associated with the account is dinesh@stardustsystems.net.
