I got an invitation email to my organization’s docker-hub.
Inside the email I have only the “Create a docker ID” button, but I already have one.
I pressed on the button and new docker-hub browser tab has been opened but I didn’t started to be part of my organization.
What am I doing wrong?
I am having this exact same problem. I’ve contacted support a couple weeks ago and the owner of the organization did as well prior to that. We’ve not heard a word. Performing web searches leads me nowhere which usually is an indication I am doing something wrong…I just can’t figure out what. Have you had any success?

I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve retried it with an alternative email and get the same outcome. Is there a means to generate an invite link not sent through email?
I have the exact same problem. Do docker monitor these forums?
I had the exact same issue as well! It worked when I was added to the organization via my user name and not the e-mail address. Maybe that solves it for someone here too

One potential workaround:
I contacted our admin of the organization (i.e. who signed up for the service on behalf of our company) and he was able to add me manually to the org.
