When I am logged into Docker Desktop and build my app I get the following error.
If I am not logged in then the build works fine and I can use the app.
No one in my organisation seems to be able to help! Can anyone suggest a solution (other than don’t login to Docker Desktop!)

No one out there has any more information on this? I am having the same problem:
If I am logged in, I am denied. If I am logged out, the image downloads like a charm.
