Installed Docker, unable to get to shared network locations

I have a client who works at my location who installed docker on his laptop and since then he has been unable to connect to any network locations. he can ping them successfully and I can use SCCM to get into his machine, but he can’t get into network locations from the DNS or with the IP address. Has this issue been seen before and is there a solution I can implement?

Just guessing. Have a look at the “windows network and sharing center” … Using Docker 4 Windows and Hyper-V installs a vEthernet configuration and a second network. … Check your settings there. … As I said. “just guessing”
