Is Docker for Windows known to increase the frequency of BSoD on Windows 10?

My laptop is having an increased and unbearable rate of BSoDs recently and my main suspicion is it might be due to installing Docker for Windows.

Is Docker known to be causing issues like this on Windows 10?
