- Issue type: Not able to load “Linux Container Image”
- OS Version/build: Windows server 2016 (Build: 14393)
- OS patch installed: kb3206632-x64_b2e20b7e1aa65288007de21e88cd21c3ffb05110
- App version: 19.03.5
- Steps to reproduce:
I am trying to run a “ Linux container image ” with Docker Enterprise Edition on Windows server 2016 but not able to do so since docker daemon is by default running on windows container mode. I tried to switch to Linux container mode (by googling and reading some blogs) but not able to do so. The same image is working fine with “ Docker Desktop For Windows ” on a Windows 10 machine and there I am able to switch “Linus to windows mode and vice-versa” but could not figure out how to do the same on “ Docker Enterprise Edition ” on Windows Server 2016 server through command line.
Can anybody help/guide me how I can switch the container mode to Linux on Windows Server 2016 ? Is it possible for a production ready state?
