Move image and data location on Windows

Hi

I know this has been asked before, and I’ve tried a few suggested workarounds however nothing has worked.

I’m running Docker Desktop on Windows 10 pro and I want to move the location where Docker stores images because the hd on my laptop is filling up fast.
