Need to download it again, but missing from the docker website

I was approved for the beta on mac , but my laptop got damaged so now switched to windows.

Can’t find the download page so I can install it on the windows machine.

I have the invite token so I guess this should work on windows as well.

Can you give me a link to download the Docker for Windows.

I was trying to re-install Docker for Windows beta today after an unsuccessful upgrade to beta16.

The docker for mac/windows pages return 404:
