No success message on installation

Expected behavior

According to the docs, after Docker for Mac installs you should get a success message popup - https://beta.docker.com/docs/mac/getting-started/.

Actual behavior

I didn’t get the popup, was left wondering if everything had completed successfully or not. Everything does seem fine (see pinata output below), but the user experience is confusing.

Did you start Docker.app after installation? The popup is display after starting the app (and answering a few questions)

HTH,
Alexandre

Sorry for the slow response - yes, I’d started the app, it was running and showing in the status bar. I just never got the popup.
