I have a pro account (I just upgraded) yet I’m being rate limited still? What am I doing wrong?

Apparently you go suck eggs. I am in the same boat, there’s nothing helpful in the docs for this. I have 3 paid accounts actually, none of them seem to get me past this rate-limit garbage.
