How does one actually get a response from Docker support?


I signed up for the $60 p.a. docker pro account and then a week later cancelled. Docker stopped the recuring billing but then also stopped the pro plan (instead of letting me continue until the end of the billing period i.e. 9 Jan 2022). The also didn’t refund me any money.

So basically I paid $60 for about a month of pro plan. For months, Docker hasen’t replied to any emails, support ticket requests etc. I’ve sent >30 across different channels. Last hope is to post here and ask community for any support leads.

Could anyone please point me in the right direction?


There are not many active docker staff people here, I would try Slack or the normal form: Docker Contact Numbers and Office Locations | Docker
