Is there a way to stop docker to release the resources it uses? I mean I don’t use it all the time and perhaps freeing RAM helps when not using it.
(Whale), “Quit Docker”? Or, in the Docker Toolbox world, docker-machine stop default
?
(I do, definitely, sometimes have Docker-related memory pressure, and stopping Docker when I’m not using it helps a lot.)
Ah, of course, quit the whale, silly me. Perhaps it would be nice to have a Stop menu item that would leave the whale on tray or something.
Yes.There should be a stop menu.
