Stuck on "backend service" While installation of Docker Desktop 2.1.0.1 , win10 profession

When I download and install Docker Desktop 2.1.0.1, my machine always get stuck on “Deploying component: Run Docker Desktop backend service” and no further response. However, I can cancel the installation. Below is my capscreen showing my stuck situation :

My OS version is Windows 10 Professional .1903

and build version : 18362.329

I need to install the latest package of Docker so that I can build up the docker image of angular web application. I know I can be successful if and only if other machines can run my docker image.

Could you please tell me what to do next so that I can install the Docker components completely ?

I had the same issue.

When I opened the “Services” windows application, it showed the “Docker Desktop Service” was present in the list. And when I tried to remove it, it said this service was “Marked for suppression”.

The workaround I used was to restart my computer, check that the service does not appear any more after restart, and re-run the installer.

After these steps the installer completed.
