Sublicensing of Docker Desktop

Hi everyone

I am currently trying to convince my company to use Docker containers for shipping solutions to our customers. Unfortunately, the standard hardware that we sell is based on Windows 10 as OS. Therefore, we would need to install Docker Desktop on these computers. As far as I can understand from the Docker Desktop license terms, commercial players are not allowed to distribute Docker Deskop. This would be required in our case to ensure that the solutions that we ship do not break, for example due to some changes in an updated Docker Desktop version. Is there a possibility to achieve that, e.g. through sub licensing Docker Desktop?

Thank you very much for your help!
Ben

Could someone point me to the right person to talk to, please?
