Will purcahsing a Pro license for myself enable me to use Docker Desktop at a company with more than 250 employess

I am contracting at a large organization and would like to continue to use Docker Desktop at the client site. Can I purchase the Pro license without putting the client in violation of the license agreement as they did not pay for it?
