Unable to login to Docker Desktop

The login through CLI worked thanks !

To solve the problem, go to browser and delete all the cookies for docker websites and it should work swiftly.

try

  1. Open Docker Desktop
  2. Go to SettingsResourcesProxies.
  3. Enable Manual proxy configuration
  4. Click Apply & Restart.

This solution works for me.

Hey thanks, after going through other troubleshooting methods. This was the one which worked, it’s the classic after all.

I had this same exact problem on ubuntu. turns out the solution was to log into the docker website and click open docker desktop :joy: don’t know why that worked and the other link did nothing

I’ve add the same problem with Kubuntu. It turns out I had misconfigured gpg (see sign in for linux).
After redoing the “passs init ” command with the right key, the login phase worked.

This worked for me:

Had the same issue on Ubuntu 25.10. Met all prerequisites but clicking “Sign in” just opened my default web browser (Zen Browser, Firefox) with docker account signed in, no redirect.

I temporarily switched my default browser to Vivaldi and it worked after signing in in the browser, I got redirected into the Docker Desktop app and was signed in.
