I’m having this problem but I’ve already deleted the switch mentioned above. In fact, to try to fix it I completely uninstalled, deleted C:\ProgramData\Docker, and reinstalled. Now when I try to start it up, “Docker.Service” and “Docker for Windows” are in task manager but sitting there with no CPU. The little Docker app never shows up in the system tray. The log just has this:

It just seems to be hung. Can anyone help??
