Unable to uninstall docker n reinstall

I have tried remove and re-download “Docker Desktop Installer.exe”. I deleted all Docker files and folders in c:\Program Files. Uninstalled from “Apps & features” or “Control Panel/Uninstall a program”.

I also tried to re-install it, but it stated that “Existing installation is up to date”. I don’t see docker folder in Program Files and have no idea to find it.

Now I can’t use, re-install or uninstall Docker. Please help

I deleted all Docker files and folders in c:\Program Files

Check the documeentation about uninstalling Docker Desktop

Uninstall Docker Desktop

You can also check Windows services and look for Docker there too.

But why do you want to install such an old version? The current verison is 4.28. The old verison could have different folders which is not mentioned in the documentation.
